HealthWell Foundation^®

The HealthWell Foundation provides financial assistance to eligible individuals to cover coinsurance, copayments and deductibles for certain treatments. If you’ve been prescribed a medication that your insurer covers, but you cannot afford the coinsurance or copayment required, HealthWell Foundation may be able to help by paying some or all of the costs associated with the medication.
